LOVA North America, Inc. (LOVA) was opened in Austin, Texas in 2015 as a small bottle filling manufacturer. Now, LOVA has expanded their operations, allowing them to manufacture for larger businesses and offer other services. LOVA is equipped to fill bottles with synthetic fragrances and essential oils, formulate and test new fragrances, and label or etch fragrance bottles. In addition to fragrance bottle filling, LOVA offers product packing and logistics. In our Texas warehouse, LOVA has over 9,000 square feet of storage space that allows us to package, store, and ship products to retailers and customers nationwide.
Northern Iowa
Located in Mason City, Iowa, it became a leader in sustainable manufacturing in 2022, unveiling a 576-panel solar array and an energy saving LED lighting system. Since getting its start with a few used plastic injection presses and manual assembly lines in 2008, it has expanded to include 8 plastic injection presses, 4 semi-automated assembly lines, 2 bottle filling lines, a testing laboratory, tool maintenance and warehousing. Additionally, can now provide fragrance formulation and unique deco options for plastic and glass products.
Hong Kong AND China
LOVA has been manufacturing in Asia for two decades. Our two partner factories in Guangdong Province, China, include 40 plastic injection presses, 10 semi-automated assembly lines, 1 bottle filling line, testing laboratories, PCB assembly and warehousing. Our team in China includes dedicated sourcing agents, quality control managers, and designers, as well as our VP of Asian Operations. Products that require intricate electronic assembly and complex deco processes are well suited for Asian manufacture, and over the years we have developed an extensive network of specialty sub-suppliers specializing in everything from vac-plating to specialty LED lighting.
Mexico
After years of research into best industry practices, partnering with shelter company, Intermex, in Pachuca, Mexico and began production starting in January 2023. This manufacturing plant includes 3 metal stamping presses, 1 semi-automated high capacity electroplating line, 4 semi-automated assembly lines and warehousing. Other capabilities include other forms of metal deco, sourcing materials and vendors to assist with product development. As demand for North American made goods continues to increase, it will continue to add capabilities.
